Due to cross contamination, we cannot guarantee no contact with gluten even among our menu items that are naturally gluten free. We can suggest gluten-friendly options.
We offer Gluten Free Bread as a substitute for our breads and biscuits. If you prefer it toasted, we use a separate toaster and serve it dry to help prevent cross-contamination. If you order Gluten Free French Toast, the Gluten Free Bread is dipped in a separate batter. However, it is cooked on a grill on which gluten items are regularly cooked.
Our cooking oil is labeled gluten free, but your food may be cooked on the same surface as items containing gluten. You may request your omelet, eggs, or grilled cheese (made with with Gluten Free bread) be cooked in a separate pan. Since the cooking oil is not certified gluten free, you may also request your food be cooked in Olive Oil.
