Due to cross contamination, we cannot guarantee no contact with gluten even among our menu items that are naturally gluten free. We can suggest gluten-friendly options.
We offer Gluten Free Bread as a substitute for our breads and biscuits. If you prefer it toasted, we use a separate toaster and serve it dry to help prevent cross-contamination. If you order Gluten Free French Toast, the Gluten Free Bread is dipped in a separate batter. However, it is cooked on a grill on which gluten items are regularly cooked.
Our cooking oil is butter flavored and is NOT gluten free. You may request your omelet, eggs, or grilled cheese (made with with Gluten Free bread) be cooked in Olive Oil.
Our deli meats are gluten free EXCEPT for Roast Beef.
Our vinaigrette salad dressings are gluten free, but most of the others may contain natural flavoring or yeast extract.
Our in-house mayo-based sauces may not be gluten free because the mayo base we use sometimes changes based on availability, and some mayos may not be gluten free.
Our fries, tots, and hash browns are not gluten free due to breaded items cooked in the same fryer.
Hash browns can be cooked in Olive Oil but require a 20-minute prep time.
